Description: Cheesy Hamburger & Pasta main dish
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground turkey (can use ground beef or chicken)
1/2 c tomato sauce (I use Hunts no sugar added)
1/4 c canned diced tomatoes (undrained)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 box of Dreamfield's elbow macaroni (avail. online, I found it at Kroger with the other pasta)
Seasoned Salt (to taste, approx 1/8 tsp)
Creole seasoning (to taste, approx 1/8 tsp)
McCormick Chicken seasoning (steak if using beef)
Thyme (dash)
Garlic Salt (to taste, approx 1/8 tsp)
1 slice of sharp cheddar deli slice cheese
1 slice provolne deli slice cheese
1/8 c of parmesan cheese (the kind in the can)
How To Prepare: Brown ground turkey while adding all of the above seasonings in large skillet
While browning turkey cook pasta until tender, drain and don't rinse
Drain beef and replace in skillet
Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and tomato paste
Add pasta and stir all ingredients
Reduce heat to low and contiue to stir
Add each slice of cheese and the parmesan, continue to stir

**I would not add more cheese than indicated, I winged this as I was cooking and it came out perfect the first time. We LOVE cheese and it was plenty cheesy withone slice of each**
