Description: This is a very satisfying low carb pizza to enjoy when the rest of the family is having the "real fattening stuff".
Ingredients: 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
1/4 c. shredded cheese (any type is fine)
2-4 Tbs. barbecue sauce
2 Joseph's Low Carb Pita pockets
1/8 c. of finely diced bermuda onion
black pepper to taste
olive oil
How To Prepare: Place two pita pockets onto baking sheet. Coat top and bottom with olive oil. Spread each pocket with 2 Tbs. of barbecue sauce. Top with chicken and red onion. Sprinkle cheese generously over chicken. Season with black pepper. Bake on 350 for about 10-15 min.
