Easy Refreshing Recipe. Great as a side of as a main dish. I have used the 3 minute/3 ingredient-Creamy Alfredo Sauce to put on top of the peppers and it is great!!
2 Green Peppers
1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1/4 lb Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Grated Parmasen
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
How To Prepare:
Cut green peppers in half, remove seeds. Microwave peppers for 3-5 minutes on 60% powers to pre-cook them. Mix remaining ingredients together and stuff peppers.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes
