Ingredients: La Banderita Low Carb Soft Tacos 10 carb - 5 fiber = 5 net
Spoonful of Tomato sauce <1 carb
Turkey or ham or browned ground beef (or all them)
Mozz Cheese <1 carb
Onion to taste, I used 1 small green onion for 2 1 carb
How To Prepare: Lay your soft taco shell flat.
On one half of the shell spoon on just enough tomato sauce for flavor.
Pile on the fixin's then top with mozz cheese
Fold the shell over so that you have a flat taco.
Pour some olive oil in a frying pan give the oil time to get hot.
Using a spatula, gently place your pizza in the hot oil. Keep an eye on it because you only want the shell to brown and get crispy, not burn. Once the shell is crispy flip it over.
When finished put on a plate covered with a papertowel to soak up excess oil.

Believe me if I can make it...it's easy :o)
