I got the original recipe off of the official Atkins site but that one was too watery. I've been making a modified one:
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
2 scoops of strawberry protein powder (I use Atkins)
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream or 1 cup of unsweetened soymilk (If you use soymilk instead of whipping cream only use 1/2 cup of water)
8 drops of Liquid Splenda or 2 TB of Splenda
1 t of vanilla extract or flavored sugar-free syrup
Put all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. Pour in a glass, get a straw & enjoy!
This is very yummy & I drink one for breakfast almost every morning or as a post workout snack!
If you want a more creamier shake you should use soymilk instead.
