Fast and easy.
1 stick 2% string cheese
1/4 cup grated cheese (your choice, I used colby/jack and cheddar)
How To Prepare:
Open string cheese, slice into rounds. Lay rounds in a small fry pan, melt over med-high heat. Place 1/4 cup of cheese over string cheese, melt slightly. Remove pan for 1-2 minutes, then flip cheese patty over. It should be brown and crispy. Melt and brown the other side. Place on plate and enjoy. CAUTION: cheese will be very hot for the first 1-2 minutes.
