Broiled fish fillets, can use any type of fish fillet like grouper, snapper, flounder, mullet, whitting, etc.
this recipe is light with a ting of italian flavor to it ,and easy to make.
4 fish fillets, (i use snapper alot myself)
4 tablespoon italian dressing
2 tsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Spray a broiler pan with the non-stick spray.
place the fillets on the broiler pan and coat each fillet with olive oil. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Next add 1 tbls. Italian dressing to each fillet.
Place pan in the oven under the broiler, make sure the oven rack is about half way in the middle of oven. Turn on the broiler and broil for about 20 minutes or until flakey. Do not over cook.
When done remove from oven and with a flat spatula remove the fillets carefully not to tear them up and place on a plate.
this makes a great meal with a salad for all us sefood lovers.
