Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (I use thin cut-cooks faster)
Carb-Fit Vodka Sauce
Mozzerella Cheese (I use pre-sliced, even faster)
How To Prepare:
In a frying pan, lightly brown chicken breasts in butter. Cover with about 1 cup of the Vodka Sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Top chicken with Mozzerella. Cover and continue heating until cheese is melted. Eat.
