4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices procciutto ham
6 slices provolone cheese (divided)
1 jar Ragu roasted garlic pasta sauce
salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken between two pieces of waxed paper. Using a meat tenderizer, flatten chicken until approximately 1/2 inch thick. On the "ugly" side, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 1 slice procciutto on chicken and break slice of cheese into two pieces and place on top of ham. Roll into a tight roll and place seam side down in baking dish. Sprinkle top with salt and pepper if desired. When done with chicken rolls pour jar of pasta sauce on top of each chicken roll. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and place 1/2 slice of remaining provolone cheese on top of each breast. Bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is well melted. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
