Ingredients: 1 can chicken--drained
1 can green beans--drained
4oz cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. butter
4-5 tbsp. pork rinds
5 tbsp. shredded parmesan
3 eggs
1 cup shredded jack
How To Prepare: Rub butter in an 8 1/2 x 11
glass dish, then coat with 2
tbsp. of pork rinds. Beat the
cream cheese, eggs, heavy
cream, sour cream, spices,
and 2 tbsp. of parmesan
cheese (until the cream
cheese is smooth, you may
want to use softened cream
cheese). Fold in chicken,
green beans, and 1/2 cup of
jack cheese. Pour into
baking dish, then top with
remaining jack cheese,
parmesan cheese, and
pork rinds. Bake at 350 for
about 40 minutes, or until
the top is golden brown and
cheese is melted.
