Ingredients: A nice size salmon filet
w/the skin
Adobo seasoning
garlic powder
2 pats of butter -- (2 to 3)
How To Prepare: Place salmon filet on
aluminum foil (spray foil
with non stick spray.
filet with adobo and garlic
and place butter pats on
top. Pop in the broiler
until cooked (usually
around 10 mins or so).

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very easy and quick

I am not a fish eater at all. However, since it is so good for you, I have been trying to get myself to eat it and hopefully learn to like it. I tried this recipe because Salmon is one of the few fish I can make myself eat. The seasoning really added to the flavor and I loved that the whole prep time took less than 20 min. The salmon came out nice and flaky. I served it with wilted spinach & garlic.

For those who love fish, this is an excellent choice. For me, it's a nice way to start myself eating fish. I think I will add this recipe to my regular menu plan.

Very good! My salmon was quite thick on one end so I cooked mine for 20 minutes instead of 10. Will definately fix again. Quick and easy.
