Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 t. minced onion
4 oz. cream cheese
1-2 T. heavy cream
15 slices American cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes - well drained
8 oz. chopped broccoli (frozen or fresh)
How To Prepare: In medium sized pan, cook chicken breasts with minced onion. (Salt/pepper or seaon to taste.) Cut cooked chicken into chunks.

Put chicken back in pan and add heavy cream, cream cheese and American cheese. (Add American cheese in pieces gradually as it melts - stirring as you go.) Add Rotel to chicken/cheese mixture.

Cook/steam broccoli seperately. Add to chicken/cheese/Rotel mixture.

Stir and heat thoroughly.

NOTE: You can make this as creamy/cheesy as you want by increasing cheeses and heavy cream.
