3 Minute Chocolate Cake
I had done this recipe with chocolate many times, had tweaked it to my taste, loved it. I have found it takes, (in my microwave) 3 minutes to cook it, in a 2 cup pyrex measuring cup. Today to my dismay I was out of all kinds unsweetened chocolate, no powder, no chunks none!!! So I tried making this into a Spice Cake. It worked well. I do use the ground nut flour 1/8 cup and 1/8 cup of soy. Then added spices to taste, more Splenda and also more water. I only cooked one cup of the batter and viola' I had a cute little spice muffin to snack on, made up some strawberry cream cheese and a cup of hot coffee and I was all set. Just goes to show that you dont have to have just chocolate in this recipe. |
