Description: Wonderful, easy almond butter cookies without grains or dairy. These are quite a bit like peanut butter cookies. The recipe is correct - there is no flour in this recipe! The recipe is for a double batch, half to bake now, half to store in the freezer to bake later. The bar cookies are a little bit fragile, but very tasty.
