hey i am really inspired by your story i currently weigh around the same as you did 250 i am currently trying the low carb diet its been almost a whole week i basically try to cut all my carbs and i just joined a fitness gym i have been trin to go at least 5 times a week but again i just started excercising for a week. well to get to the point i cant wait to lose weight but i am so worried about the loose skin mostly my stomach and exspecially my arms because i am so short 5'1 i have this annoying flap of fat underneath the top of my arm do you think the skin will shrink when i loose weight? i mean i dont want it completely tight just not hanging off my arm ya know? And do you know any specific excersise's to do that help tighten your skin? i am sory for the long questions but i rarely find someone that was in the same situation as me who has experience in what i am trying to do if you could take time and answer me i would be very very grateful thanks and by the way you look fantastic girl !
