the picture of me on the left was not a happy dude, i hardly wanted to leave the house sometimes..


the picture on the right was me after a day at the beach , things are pretty different, i have a heap of confidence and love life.


my advice would be that "starvation mode" is horse s****.
I had no carbs and no cravings so i ate hamburger paddies made out of just beef mince 2 times a day and lotsa water and thats it!
oh and coconut oil..


probably was about 500 cals!!!


i pretty much did the weight loss in about 6 months but after that my skin tightened and i got a tan and took a picture the next summer(australia) so it wasnt even a year.


if i can do it than any one can
