Awww, thanks. Kind words definitely make it easier to continue on the current path! I followed Atkins for quite a while until I reached a LONG stall in weight loss. To change things up I started eating high-fiber oatmeal for breakfast and allowed more fruits into my diet. Lunch would be sensible and often included a 6 inch Subway sandwich...carb galore! Dinner was still lowcarb such as chicken with veggies or tuna salad. I felt kind of brainwashed into thinking that lowcarb was the only way and was refreshed to discover that exercise was easier and weight loss works WITH some carbs, too (just not as fast). I'm currently back to the Atkins approach and over the past two weeks the pounds have started to drop again. Good ol' Atkins!
The most important thing for me is the exercise...I'm a 24 Hour Fitness member because it's open all the time--no excuse to ditch the workout with those kind of hours! I weight train almost every day, but never repeat weight training on the same muscles two days in a row. I really enjoy doing deadlifts now and get great joy when I can beat a boy at arm wrestling I do 30-45 minutes of cardio, mixing it up on different machines such as the stairmaster, elliptical, bike, and treadmill. I admit that I enjoy weight training much more than cardio because running is tough when you're in ketosis and your glycogen stores are empty! It's been a long journey but it feels good. Good luck to anyone trying to improve their health and bodies! =)

You are a very beautiful girl.... the picture on the left doesn't even look like you. I had to stare for awhile to see any resemblance (even though i think you look lovely on that photo as well). Good Job! This pics help me stay motivated too!
