I'm a 39 Years Old New Yorker who hails from the Bronx, 5'11", Brown Hair, Hazel Eyes, Medium Build. For Most of my life I was always a 32" waist and hovered around 185 lbs. But during the past ten years my weight made it all the way to 265 pounds. And my waist went from 32 to 40-42". In July of 2003 I decided that it was time to try Atkins. And 7 months later, I'm happy to say, I'm down to 205 pounds and I'm sliding into an old pair of 34-36 inch jeans. I've got a good theirty pounds to go. As soo as I reach my desired goal I will share my beforeafter pictures. I really want to share them with everyone here, so I am determined to get these 30 pounds "under my belt".

I am amazed at the weight you lost. Really proves Atkins is working for so many people. What makes me angry when people say you're losing weight, and they say that is enough now, and whispers are saying you look sick. I've seen that too many times. YOU LOOK GREAT & WHAT I CAN'T BELIEVE IS HOW EVERYOOONE LOOKS SO MUCH HEALTHIER. Nooooooooone can convince me this diet is unnhealthy. Too much proof!! Congrats on your success!

WOW!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for showing your before and afters. It's people like you that are my inspiration. Real people, real issues, real results. Your pictures gave me that extra push that I so despirately needed. I know I can do it, I just have to be patient and not give up so quickly.
