So, How are you doing on the diet so far? You just have to put your mind in the survival mode. Eat to live; Don't live to eat.For the first two weeks, I had to stay full of No Carb foods so that I wouldn't have room in my stomach for all the other foods that I enjoy. After the two weeks, I then started on the LOW CARB foods. Just try to eat small low carb foods throughout the day so that you won't get hungry. Good luck to you. You can do this.
