The next photo shows me at my current weight of 130. I tend to flucuate up and down 5 pounds(125-130). It took me 13 months to lose 90 pounds. I then decided to adjust my weight goal and lost an additional 8lbs. I exercise 5-6 days per week using weights, step cardio, callanetics and pilates.
