I also went for a week on juices and one meal and counting calories to kick me back into lossing on teh Atkins again.. The pic with the yellow pants is me back in the 80's at age 20 ( 26 years ago and before 3 children). That is my goal and I know I will do it this time again. Only 119 more pounds to loose to my goal weight of 140. I am staying on induction phase cause that seems to work best and fastest for me.Only adding strawberries &quot;sometimes&quot; and sunflower seedes once a month. I Plateaued for a about a month in Mar 2006 even though I was faithful to my 20-25 carbs daily. I increased water intake, supliments, more greens, &amp; increased walking, the scale just wouldn't budge but I was still loosing bits of inches somehow and just when I was getting discouraged, the scale started moving again. I have alot of will power when I set my mind to it. It IS all in your mind- you have to be determined to do it for you and no one else and let nothing get in your way.. Do it to live and not die. I'm just &quot;fed&quot; up with being obese and I feel so much better now. 119 more pounds?
