What is your best menopause moodiness antidote?

I am getting to where I don't want to be with myself.

I workout a lot.

Pinot Noir does. Not. Work.

My sleep is erratic. Part of my problem is a 13 year old dog who needs to go out at night. I also wake up for work at 4:30 once or twice each week.

My eating is okay, not perfect, but not awful.

I will gratefully accept any and all suggestions!!

Whenever I had a hot flash and got cranky, I imagined I was on the beach in Puerto Rico.

...plus it made me think that I was DONE with periods!!!

Black Cohosh and Evening Primrose Oil are supposed to help with menopause symptoms.

I've just started with night sweats, which is annoying but not really horrible yet. Funniest thing - happens the same time every night - around 3AM. For moodiness, I take 5HTP and Gaba every night. Supposedly both are calming herbs.
