I am very sorry about your diagnosis. Although I have not had cancer myself, there has been several cases of cancer in my family, including Breast Cancer....my Aunt is a Breast Cancer Survivor. I do not know the details of her illness, how long she was in treatment, but she is doing well now....at least 5-10 years now...she is over 70 years old. It seems to me that there would be a lot of resources on the internet about Breast Cancer and support groups? Have you looked into joining a support group online or in your town? Although I am not at all an expert on this subject, I would think that researching the symptoms/treatment options would give you more peace of mind....and talking to other people who have gone through the experience.
