No/Low Carb with Mirena & Fluoxetine

Hi everyone. Im on a no/low carb diet.. i lost 10lbs but not a pound since

i had my Mirena removed a week ago.. so far no changes in weight (i really hope i see some kind of change since i had the $1000 thing removed) im also on 40mg Prozac/Fluoxetine ... im thinking that might be part of my problem... the worst thing is .. i cant be a normal person without my anti depressant... im so afraid im going to be this weight forever.. despite my extremely strict no carb diet... please help.

Did you have the Mirena removed because you thought you weren't losing because of it? I had no problem losing weight when I had my Mirena.
