8 days late BFN

i started up low carb again strong... my last period was on 12/23. I havent got my period at all, had horrible cramps/stomach pains when AF was due but never got it, not even spotting. I am now 8 days late and have had 4 negatives. Has anyone else's cycle got thrown off from this diet?

Starting low carb must have delayed ovulation, thus delaying your TOM. The cramps you felt might have been ovulation cramping. It's common to have your cycles get wonky a bit when adjusting to a new WOE.

I agree with Andi! Sounds like things are sorting themselves out. If you guys did the baby making activity around the time you had cramps you may have caught the egg, never know! I would count out about two weeks from then and expect your period around that time. So around two weeks later than what you would expect, so at 8 days late maybe 6 more days (or so). Join us on the baby thread if you like, we have lots of girls trying to conceive right now. You don't actually need a baby to join!

finally got my period 20 days late... AHHH im glad it came and we can start trying again...
