So...I'm on vacation with the kids
And for the first four days I've had major issues with my bladder (frequency, urgency and pain) started my period and had frequent bowel movements (with possible hemorrhoid issues). Normally I go every 2 or three days. I kept active for the kids but felt miserable. All three of those body systems where on high alert. Not sure why they all kicked in at the same time. Have been spending a lot of time in the car. Spent a lot of time looking for bathrooms. Today I was able to go four hours without having to stop. The pain and urgency is gone. My period is over and have not had any "movements " today. A different body. Could it have all been hormonal? Can't think back to last month as to whether I had issues. It just sucked with all this going on while I'm on vacation. I can't imagine what my son is thinking about his mom and all her potty breaks.

Yep...that seems to be how I am during the heaviest part, too. "High Alert" is the perfect description! Sorry that had to happen while on vacation.
