TOM Eating crow
I have to admit when I would see posts about complaints about TOM I would just kind of roll my eyes and think to myself it is really not that big of a deal.
BUT the last 3 months my cycles have been so out of whack. This month pms was especially horrible and I finally got some relief when the actual flow started last night albeit way heavier than I am used to. I have actually felt like crying today just from the sheer relief of the anxiety, increased hunger, and irritability. Jeanie |

LC and tom are a bad combo. It takes time when you start LC eating for your cycles to regulate and get back to normal (of course not everyone experiences this). I had tom for 4 months before I stopped bleeding and it was very heavy most of the time. (I just went to the gyno and they said this can be normal when losing a lot of weight plus I'm hypothyroid which doesn't help the situation.)
If it's really bad you might want to try bcp to lessen the bleeding and symptoms. |
