are these lc things safe in early pregnancy?

Runny eggs?
Egg cream shakes?

we dont have pasteurised eggs here in uk..

Any help would be fab, ty

This is a little off subject but when you say your WOE is eggs and butter, is that literally all you eat?

I would think runny eggs have been cooked long enough to kill any bad bacteria.

Raw eggs in an egg cream? Hmm...may be risky.
