I love both your new avi's and was inspired to do a new one.. was getting sick of my mug anyway!

As of this morning I'm ½ lb away from prepregnancy weight!! Okay so I was fat to begin with but that's a least something. Especially with RE appointment on Wednesday.

Going crazy trying to get kitchen done before Katherine's birthday party on Saturday and planning that and trying to affrod it all! Ack! But the good news is it looks like it will be warm (although not nearly as hot as previous years) and sunny. Yay!

She's such a cutie! I can't wait to have a little girl. Good Luck at your RE appt. I'm hoping we'll have better luck post deployment (or on R&R ). Only 2 1/2 months until mid tour leave.

I'm not sure what my pre-pregnancy weight was since we didn't own a scale and I was only 16 1/2 when I got pregnant and didn't know/believe it at first.

I'm at a new low and smaller than I've ever seen on a scale.

Christina - congratualtions!!! My hubby is possibly going on a 'business' trip for the military going to some NSA conference on Maryland next week and I'm hoping it's not 'bad' timing if I O this month (trying Soy this cycle). We have only so many cycles left before deployment and he has so much training to do before then that wil require him to go away.. I'm kinda annoyed. BUT I've heard a LOT of women getting pregnant during the time when hubby's come home for their mid-tour break. Who knows!!

I'm so trying to avoid breaking out the sandpaper and working on the kitchen.. meh.. running out of excuses. I think I might have to give in soon..

I gotta say - I think we all make pretty darn cute babies!!! Mine isn't really a baby anymore.. She's 3 on the 11th.. ekk!

Well I officially weigh less than I weighed when I got pregnant with Katherine as of this morning so I'm super happy about that. Definitely a good thing since I'm getting more and more nervous about my appointment tomorrow. At least I can confidently say that I've lost over 50 lbs when my 'weight issue' comes up with regards to not getting pregnant.

Today is last day of Soy Isoflavones.. no side effects from taking them.. was taking 150mg/day. Hoping I O this cycle but hubby is gone from June 8-11th so I dunno if that will mess things up this month. meh, oh well, nothing I can do about it.

Always your baby, if you don't mind me saying she reminds me of Shirley Temple in the movie HEIDI in this picture, absolutely adorable. I gotta get a new avi of my sweet ham, who's crawling finally, and would you believe a year old next year?
And Charlotte, I FINALLY bought my steak and broccoli! LOL. For tonight but I forgot to marinate my steak like I wanted to (experiment) this morning.
I'm doing induction for a month, is that too long?

Dessa - I've been on induction since March 6th!! I plan on staying there as long as it works for me or until I hit about 190, then I'll go to OWL until 160 and then premaintenance for a while to see where my body wants to 'land'. But that's all assuming I'm not pregnant. Then I'll just go to maintenance levels and I *hope* not to gain a single pound. Ha! How many women have said that before?? Glad you finally got your broccoli, I'm out right now but no time to get some unless I get some when I go out to buy paint later. tempting.. hrmmm

I just looked up a photo of the movie Heidi and see it too!! I guess the difference is Katherine does not have the crazy curls Shirley had. In fact her hair is at its longest at the top of the small of her back before it curl/waves. So crazy! I've never cut it and refuse to do so until she starts 4 year old kindergarden in September 2010! Husband has other ideas...

I agree we all do make cute babies Although mine will be 4 in August and he hates being called a baby

I went bathing suit shopping today and I walked out with TWO TANKINIS! They both fit now but one I look all rolly and squished into (that's the one I bought for August when DH is home, it was a juniors Lg!!) and the other is an XL.

I've still been completely on plan and I'm trying to stay off the scale until my official weigh in. I tend to weigh myself daily and I'm trying to break that habit.

I'm alive!! It's a new week.. how is everyone doing?

My kitchen is done! well okay, floors are going to be tiled next year and I still need a picture for the wall and I will at some point need to repaint the ceiling as I got the wall paint on it a few times and couldn't get the marks off.. doh! But it's done for now.

Katherine's party was a success, too much money was spent and we're broke now but she had a blast. I think this was the last year that we will be inviting all the parents. Too expensive that way. Argh! Next time we'll just invite the children or might even just invite one child over and take them somewhere really fun.

Appointment with RE was mixed in it's results. The doctor is the nicest guy EVER!! and he seems to think that my weight is my only real problem standing in my way and is happy to get me on clomid to ensure ovulation BUT.. and this is a BIG BUT, he wants my BMI down to 35 ideally.. I did that math.. he wants me down to 235 lbs.. I weight 275.5 right now.. ummm hello??? that's gonna take a while!! He was all chuft, saying 'oh I'm sure you'll be pregnant on your own before then, especially since you are already back at your prepregnancy weight' blah blah.. I politely informed him I wanted, needed to be pregnant before hubby went away for 6 months and that was basically not acceptable to me.. he waivered and said BMI of 36-37-38 would maybe be okay but over 35 is considered a risky pregnancy.. I told him I understood there was a chance of a miscarriage but that I'd still like to try.. argh. Anyway, got blood work to do and based on where I was in my cycle I have to wait until next one for the ultrasound tests and then will see him again July 26 or 27th can't remember.. ANYWAY.. so I plan on trying to lose as much weight as possible until then, no cheats, working out as much as possible and we'll see where I am when I go back in but as far as I'm concerned I WILL walk away from that appointment with a prescription. As it is we're probably talking about wasting 2-3 cycles just 'exploring' and I only have so many until December.. and hubby will be leaving for a few weeks here and a few weeks there for training before then so I definitely will not accept waiting. And I will continue with the soy isoflavones until then.

As for my cycle this month.. CD13, CM looks good but chart doesn't look good (yet?). I just really hope it's a shorter cycle worst case scenario. Got Clearblue Easy Digital Ovulation kit, 7 pack. $39.99!!!! ack.

Retaining water right now and have been since thursday so I'm hoping body is gearing up for O but we'll see.

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Hi Katy! I think I'm all alone here for now. Hopefully no one is around because they are having a good life and not because of anything bad though.

Still retaining a bit of water, so loss is stalled. CM is still fertile so I don't think any O. Temp dropped yesterday and then spiked back up again. Chart looks terrible, think it's another annovatory (sp?) cycle. not sure if I should take the soy next cycle because doctor will have me scheduled for ultrasounds of my uterus.

Hmmmm...Charlotte, I don't know. I have never done the soy. I assume they did a whole blood workup and checked your prolactin levels and everything else??? I'm glad the doc was nice and is working with you and your timeframe!

Hi, everyone, whew I'm a little overwhelmed today. Got so much to deal with workwise, etc. Baby is doing well, soon to be ex has turned into a real deadbeat, which is so disappointing on so many levels, but there's nothing I can or will do about it. Diet, not so good ...this has been the worst 12 months of eating in my life.

Ack, I've been and still am sick past few days. Vertigo, nausea, vomitting, the need to lay down and keep eyes shut a lot of the time. Surviving on gravol right now. Daughter is staying at my moms since last night as hubby exhausted all his freebie sick days this month. Feel like crap but on the bright side my stall is broken. No fever and no headache so I really don't know what's wrong but hoping it will pass soon, otherwise I'll have to head in to the 'professionals', be it clinic or hosptial. meh. Everyone at first though it was morning sickness, and as sick as I was I was laughing at them saying "no, you don't understand, I'm charting and I didn't ovulate this month" They thought I was losing it.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

GOTCHA!

I was just thinking...
Where my girls at???!!!

I realized that with the hectic end of the school year, I had stopped checking up on this thread. No worries! I'm here now!

So I figured if I lose one pound a week while nursing, then two pounds a week when Ava starts table foods, I'll be at goal in a year. It's hard to believe that in only a year, I could weigh less that I EVER have in my adult life!!! That will be in June 2010.

At that time, I can start trying for a baby! If I conceive then, baby would be born in April/May of 2011, just in time for the end of the school year. Ava would be just over two.

I really am getting healthy for baby again. I know I can do this! Now, the hard part is to convince DH to have another baby...
