I have a friend named Ada, it is just so classic and pretty! We still have the 4 names picked although one is really standing out to me right now and it was not one of my original favorites. I am keeping quiet to DH though because the less I talk about it beforehand, the more likely I am to get my way when she's here. I will tell you that the middle name for each one is Noelle. I have always loved that. DH doesn't care for it but he conceded and let me have that as a middle name.

Hi everyone

Just a quick note to let everyone know that Cayden Thomas was delivered last night @ 9:27 via c-section (long story...I'll post details later). He weighs 7 lbs 11 oz. and is 19 3/4 in long. I will try to post more details and a pic when we get home.

Ok...Im a little spun. First off...Disney you have all my prayers...I know he will be just fine. Just breath. I know Id be a wreck if I were you...just pray and breath. You two will come thru this just fine. Keep us posted.

Secondly... TRACEY?...WHAT?! No countdown? No long wait? He is here AND he has a name? I love his naaaame...its beautiful. Excellent choice. I look forward to details and hopefully pictures. What an amazing surprise!! How is she doing? Im sending her lots of csect healing vibes.

Cheri...how are you!? Yay!! Bailey is such a cute name!! Im so glad about the one stitch, thing. Phew! Id be scared of having 20 last time, too. You guys home? You got pictures? Share!!?

I loooove the name Ada. Especially shortened to Addy. How is her weight doing today? I hope its creeping back up. Send her lots of hugs!!

Im good. I have my 32 week doctors visit at 11. I didnt gain these last two weeks so I figured I would add a little salt to my diet yesterday so I would have some extra pounds to play with for the next two weeks (just in case)...I overdid. I had a chili dog and chips for lunch...then this salty sausage soup that MIL made last night. By the time we left and were walking around Costco my fingers hurt from the water retention. Im 2lbs up today! LOL So Im successful, but uncomfy. So much for salt in my diet the next few weeks...ouch.

Im not eating until I get back from the appointment...I wanted a few lbs on me...not a lecture. LOL

Im totally grinning at the thought of all these new babies. Have we heard from Bridgett? Im so preggybrained...I dont remember her screen name.

Hi Ladies -
Just back from the doc and I need help from those of you who may have some tips for me - I'm working to get my milk production up - it's lagging behind where it should be for this point - I'm only getting about 150 ml per day and it should be at least doubled by now - I'm trying not to let it stress me out, but... I'm on fenugreek and pumping every 2-3 hours - more like 3, so today moving it up to 2ish. If any of you have any tips or good resources I'd really appreciate them - I have books, but no time to sit and pour through them. I want to be sure there's nothing I'm doing that is really shooting me in the foot - I so much want to breast feed and have her get better at suckling.

The great news is she's up to 5.7 - and I was praying for anything over 5.5 - so the doc and I are both pleased with that - back to check that the trend continues on Friday.

And now it's time to feed and pump - will check back for any info later - I really appreciate it -

Also - I'm so excited for the other births - and can't wait to catch up on reading about everyone - I hope that can happen tomorrow -my first day with nobody else here - I think...

I'm home, and I feel 20 pounds lighter. Baby Kyle is OK! They didnt even see the cyst on this scan so the doctor said it has probably resolved itself, which isnt uncommon.

Baby has also gained .6lbs in the last 3 weeks! He is in the 58th percentile weighing in at 1.5 pounds! It was also a good sign that he has grown in the last 3 weeks. Now I just have to worry that I am gonna have a 15 pound baby

Kyle was very active during the ultrasound! We got to see all his little fingers and toes, he played peek a boo with us, and it looks like we have a thumb sucker!

Thank you so much for all the prayers

Great news Jackie!

Amy~My advice is to drink plenty of water, add oatmeal to your diet, have a friend google "lactation cookies" and make you some, and pump more often. Are you taking enough fenugreek? You should smell like maple syrup if you are. You could also drink Mother's Milk tea. Have you tried altering your pump suction level and pumping time? I used to pump for 20 minutes and I would get about 2 different let downs. I've also heard closing your eyes and thinking of the baby or even of milk flowing will get you a better let down.

Disney - thank goodness little Kyle is going great and growing strong.

Amy - no advice unfortunately from me. My sis is also having supply issues and hasn't been able to increase hers yet. Hopefully the other ladies can offer some support. I'm glad she is getting bigger already. Grow baby grow!!

Meek - how awesome. I can't wait to feel movement.

Tracey - congratulations on Cayden!!! Happy Birthday Cayden!!

Katy - you are an awesome keeper of the list! I know I've told you before, but I absolutely love the name Noelle. Maybe I'll have to put that back on my list of possibilities.

Melody - yum, your lunch sounds so good. And I think it's hilarous that you are upping your weight to give you cushion for next time. I remember thinking about that with my weight loss weighins at a center. If I had a great week I might drink a bit more before getting on the scale to balance out a not so great week. ha

AFM, another long boring day at work. I'm going to dinner tonight but not sure where yet. I'm in the mood for Mexican, even though I've had taco salads for the past 2 nights. Maybe DH will agree so we can eat it again.

Disney...I knew he would be ok. Thank God. But I am SO sorry you had to go thru that scare. (((Hug))) Great pics!!!

Hmm...milk production? I hear fenugreek as an herbal supplement (pill form) and some good things about mothers milk tea at the natural foods store. HTH

Amber you are on QUITE the mexican food craving. I was so there a few months ago. Right now its raisin bran. Mmmmm

Im just putzing around at work.

I went to my doctors appointment.

Good news...with all my salty bloat I was up 1 lb. He was very pleased with my restraint. heheh My BP was 110/70. He confirmed that my second one hour glucose came back in the "good" range. Baby is moving and his HR is strong and also in a good range. No swelling in my ankles (he always checks for that).

Bad news...no more sex for me. I mentioned my sliiiight pink tinge and thinking that the baby has dropped because I got those "feel like I was just kicked in the groin" aches last weekend. He said "had you just had sex?" I said...not for at least 2 days before each time. He said if the baby is low then we need to avoid DH knocking me in the cervix during intercourse.

Im kinda surprised. I never heard of anyone being told no more sex during a healthy pregnancy. Ideas? Opinions? *sigh* Im pretty fond of sex.

He confirmed that we will be scheduling my induction for sometime between July 15th and 21st. So CLOSE! Im excited.

Melody- when I went in for my last ultrasound the doctor mentioned that I might be put on an intercourse restriction. I had a low lying placenta, which has fixed itself. It was something they were keeping an eye on

Sheesh you girls have been busy!! The good thing is I didn't have to wait for the outcome of the cyst "situation"....SCARY!! I'm SOOOOOOOO glad everything looked fine at the ultrasound!!

Tracey- I can not wait to hear your story. I know that was not the way you hoped it would go, so I'm sure it will be interesting but we are so happy Cayden is here and is healthy. Congratulations!

BTW I love how all you June mommies are getting to go early....NO FAIR

Melody - I'm sorry but there is no way I'd be giving up "sex" completely unless there was some serious complication.....did the dr. specifically say no orgasms or just "no cervix knockin'"? Because if you can still have orgasms then you are good!! The best part of pregnancy for me is the sex and not having to worry about getting pregnant for 9 months...lol!!

Meek - Griffin is keeping me up at night big time. Or waking me up in the middle of the night. He is doing a strange boogie dance in there I don't remember feeling with the others...but maybe it's just been too long. I makes me a little nauseated sometimes actually because I'm very sensitive to motion and it feels sorta like that to me.

Amber - I have craved Mexican food and california rolls my entire pregnancy! I could eat both every day seriously.

Amy - You sound like you are doing everything right to me, but I will say this, I could never get much from pumping regardless of "full on spraying everywhere let down" when the baby was doing it. The pump just doesn't do the job for me and I had a great pump, my boobs just apparently know the difference too well. Are you drinking TONS of water? I know that can help too.

Katy - It's so the opposite for us, we had a ton of names for girls, it's boys we have a hard time with. BTW Noelle is beautiful, too bad he won't let you use it for a first name.

Disney - I always wonder how they know so detailed how much the baby has gained in utereo. I think with one of my babies they told me he was gonna be 8 pounds and he ended up being 7 lb 7 oz. I know it's close but when they get down to exact ounces I'm skeptical.

Cheri - Bailey is such a great name. It reminds me of Party of 5 from the 90's. That is actually the show I got the name Griffin from. And one stitch? Wow that is great especially after I was just having a conversation with my MIL this weekend about her sister who had to have reconstruction surgery because she ripped clear through her rectum with her 5 delivery. YIKES!! I'd take one stitch any day. Although I'm perfectly happy to have my c-section though! I DO NOT like pain in my "who ha", no matter how quite the recovery time is!!

Nothing exciting going on with me, went to a free movie with the kids today at Rave theater. They do them during the summer. Then to the pool. Same ole same ole.

Jenny - I was wondering where you were. I haven't seen you here or on FB. Glad everything is okay with you and Griffin. Yes, the baby movement feels weird sometimes, but we gotta love it. It's a sign that our babies are doing well inside the womb. Today, I thought Christian was trying to escape - he was kicking up a storm .

Ladies, I'm so jealous of the June mommies. I can't wait until its my turn to deliver. My husband keeps telling me to have patience and allow Christian to grow to his full term. I don't want him to come early - However, I am anxious to see him. I might treat myself to a sonogram this weekend (poor me!!).

Only because I have NO LIFE, lol. I am with you on Mexican food, I never get tired of it.

Melody~I am craving Raisin Bran too! I have gone through 2 boxes recently and decided not to buy any more cereal. Cereal is one of those trigger foods for me where I eat entirely too much at a sitting.

Glad you passed the GTT. Sorry about the no nooky restriction.....I wouldn't mind that right now to be honest, I am so sore afterward. I almost look forward to the 2 wks that dh works out of town I didn't get this way with my last pg.

Jenny~Me, you and Melody are up next on the list! We know for sure Melody will go early due to a scheduled induction, do you know how early they will schedule your CSection?

AFM~Major BH last night. I swear I never even felt them last time, but this pg they are painful/uncomfortable. I have my GTT tomorrow and I am very nervous about what the scale is going to say. Not much I can do about it now though except drink loads of water between now and then.

Katy - I really don't know when I'll have my c-section. I'm praying for the last week of August. My plan is to complain and complain and hopefully convince her to do it at 38 weeks like they do in VA. Here they make you wait until 39 weeks, it sucks! All my babies were perfectly healthy, and all of them 7 lbs+ at 38 weeks. And my BH are pretty painful too, but I know they aren't real contractions because I definitely remember those, but I don't remember the BH being this intense last time or lasting as long as they do.

As for the sex situation, if full on sex makes you sore you can just skip that and go for more external "intimacy" between the two of you up until the end. Or have him use some some external "accessories" to help you get more in the mood and reach climax faster. Since you know you won't want it after the baby gets here for awhile and can't do it anyway for awhile after delivery, I'd hate to see you "waste" these next few months.

I have my GTT tomorrow too. I'm going full on low carb today hoping it may help but it probably won't. Although I have to say as much as I definitely do not want GD, at least if I was at risk I'd be more apt to eat better for the rest of the pregnancy. I wake up every day with the best intentions and well... by lunch time things aren't going as planned.... My apt is at 8am tomorrow morning, I did that on purpose since I can't eat before the test. I feel sooooooo sick when I don't eat so I am not looking forward to this AT ALL. No eating plus having to drink that orange crap....blick!

So I've gained 24lbs (at 27weeks) according to my scale at home today, which is what I'm going by because that dr. scale is cursed in my opinion, and my home scale is what I get my initial number from anyway (starting weight 144 - high for me, but I'm pretty muscle"y" since I workout all the time - seems like a good enough excuse right?). 24 lbs seems like a lot to me, but right now I look at myself and I feel pretty good about it. I'm working out every day, and I think I still look fairly fit actually, minus the cellulite that is more visiable. I can tell my back is going to be a problem area after Griffin arrives, I've seemed to gain most of my weight there and my boobs. My goodness... if my boobs get any bigger I'm seriously going to fall over. (DH says they are 2 and 1/2 handfulls (gross).... "scientific calculation" right?.) I have no idea, because I refuse to buy a bigger bra, I just keep stuffin' them in regardless of whether they actually fit in or not, or wearing my stretchy sports bras. I honestly think at least 7 lbs are in those boobs. But if I can workout til the end, I really don't think it should take me more than 4-5 months to feel and look decent afterward. Maybe I'm being too optimistic. I give myself 9 months to be back to normal though.

Meek - So my DH's company has job openings in Laurel....so technically if we wanted to, we could get back up there any time now if I was willing to live in Laurel or surrounding areas. But it is so expensive in MD and if we move back to our house (being rented out right now in WV) he'll be an hour and half from work driving and 3 hours if he takes the MARC train. So that wouldn't work. So as much as I REALLY want to be back, I'm not sure it would improve our quality of life to move. Plus I don't want to leave one city I don't like for another city. I complained and complained to my DH when he moved me out of northeren VA to Charles Town, WV 7 years ago, but it grew on me once I had kids. I feel so safe out there unlike here and how I think I'd feel in Laurel. Do you have any friends that live in Laurel or close to there that like it?

Well I'd better get off here and get some stuff done.

Potaty Cereal is also a trigger food for me...but its not right now. If that makes any sense. Usually it would make me want to eat another bowl as soon as one was finished...but no urge to do that right now. But I was bulemic and the idea of puking right now is just not gonna happen. But after baby is here...no more cereal! Just in case...Im not cool enough to mess around with it.

Jenny...he doesnt want my cervix bumped by DH...Im not giving up orgasms. No. Doctor thinks he is gonna take food AND orgasms he is nuts.

Good luck on your GTT Katy and Jenny! You will both do great...

Im kinda stressing about my Strep B test in two weeks. I read up on it last night...terrible stuff and anyone could have it. Scary! Someone have anything that can ease my fears on this one. WebMD and all scared to bejibbies out of me.

Here is me...32 weeks, with 35 days to go and Im up 35lbs for the pregnancy so far.

Melody: You look SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! What a wonderfully awesome momma, breakfast belly or no!

Don't stress about the group B strep. Like you said, anyone can have it-that's why we all get screened. If you have it, it's not your fault. It's so routine, that you'll just have to have an IV during delivery if you do have it. No biggie! Baby will be fine, you will be fine, and the IV will go away. One tip I've heard is not to get the IV in any location that bends, since you'll need to be mobile.

I'm having major PMS right now, so I'm going to go lie down with my baby and nurse and read a book.
