TOM - gained 3 pounds in 2 days

I sure hope this weight gain is from my period. I'm having a terrible week!

Or could the three pounds be from the peanut sauce I had with my shabu shabu dinner last night? I knew it wasnt LC, I KNEW it (it must have sugar in it), but I thought since I wasn't having rice, and since I was feeling all hormonal and gloriously womanly that I could excuse it.

And today the scale is showing me an increase of 3 pounds. Half of me knows it will go away soon, but the other half of me is in despair because I don't know if I'll ever be able to break this stall.

Whine, beech, moan....

3 pounds I have gained in a day. Drink lots of water and try to avoid sodium...It will go away. TOM how we loathe you.

I NEVER consider my weigh-in when its before, during or after TOM... it wont be accurate with all the water weight.

My weight usually jumps up a few pounds a few days before my period starts too. It usually sticks around until the period's over.

It's just temporary, I've gained nearly 10 lbs because of tom before

I feel your pain!! I started TOM on Thursday-a WEEK early- and from Friday to Monday morning i gained SEVEN POUNDS!!!!! I drank lots of water and some constipation issues also resolved themselves (sorry TMI) and it is all back off today. This is the first time EVER i have gained this much from TOM, usually it is a two or three pounds fluctuation that goes away as TOM goes away.

I just love being a woman!! LOL

I must be a glutton for punishment. I am in week 3 of induction, I was doing great, lost about 5 pounds and then 4 days ago, pms....gained 3 pounds. Started yesterday and I felt like I had dropped water weight, wrong! gained another 2 oz.
I really need to leave that blasted scale alone. Its so hard to stick through it. I'll pray for you if you pray for me, lol!

I am in the same boat, gained 2 in the first day of my TOM, so annoying!!! Darn water weight...
