Try Vitamin C with bioflavanoids, and vitamin E. Check out www.marilynglenville.com.

Taking twice the dose of calcium (spaced over the day) will help alleviate cramps, as well. I started doubling my calcium and my cramps became non-existent.

B-6 is great for bloating--but you need to take it in combo with a multi-B, timed-release.
All B vit's are washed through us with water, so take often or use timed-release.

Also, a combo of calcium and magnesium are supposed to be helpful with cramps and mood swings.

Magnesium has eliminated my cramping. I'm still waiting for a supplement that takes away the cravings & bloat. I do take a B complex.

I'll never go without Primrose Oil again EVER. I started taking this 3 months ago. My next 2 cycles were almost painfree, and regular. Last TOM was painful including the 2 weeks prior (normal for me unfortunately). I do think it's making a huge difference, especially in bloating & pain & tenderness during TOM.
