Pregnancy Thread/ Tues Feb,11,03
Goodmorning Everyone!
Well I had a hard time sleeping. I was having muscle pain in my stomach. Like growing pains or something. I lost some weight this morning. I am at 127 pds now. I am feeling so much better. I am just too too tired. Are you allowed to have Green Tea? |

Oh no Sarah - I hope you're feeling better SOON! Let us know what the doctor says!
bgulas - green tea does have caffeine in it, but it is also full of good antioxidants. It's a personal choice if you want to drink it in moderation while preggo. Some people say no caffeine; some say a little is fine. I'm off to the store - I'm craving artichokes and MUST get some for lunch - LOL! -Lisa (and thank goodness for orange flavored toothpaste - otherwise I couldn't brush these days!) |

Hello All,
Just dropping in to say hello. Regarding the Green Tea: I agree with Lisa. It's up to you regarding the caffeine. I, personally, don't limit my caffiene, but I don't drink a lot eigther. (Coffee is disgusting, yuck!). Bgulas: regarding your questions from yesterday: I don't think I'm any more moody than normal, but I know a lot of other girls get real emotional. I think it depends a lot on the stresses in your life. If your life is very stressful, which it sounds like it might be, I think being a bit more emotional is quite normal. Men are annoying even when we aren't pregnant . Pregnancy probably makes it worse. There are so many changes going on, emotionally for both of you and physically for you. Regarding being hungry: everyone here knows, I'm hungry, all the time, constantly. Yep, completely normal! Your body is going to be changing so much. I'd just recommend you get a good pregnancy book. I love the "week by week" book by Dr Curtis. It's great about telling you what's going on during each week of pregnancy. Most people like the "What to Expect when your expecting" book too. This one is fine, but not my personal favorite. NOthing else new going on. I'm spending the day cleaning and organizing stuff. Hope everyone else is having a nice day.

Hello!
Man today I started off doing my atkins very well, then I went to my grandmas for her birthday. I ended up having 2 slices of carrot cake, a cream puff and 2 hot dogs in a bun. I went on a major binge. I dont know what is happening to me. I use to be able to control myself. I went 17 weeks on atkins cheat free. I dont want to continue eating like this. My stomach has more power than I do. Does this happen to you guys? |
