So Im TTC. Havent had a period or any sign of a period since Nov....yeah I know, I shouldve went to the doctor but I just didnt. Anyway, I started Atkins a little over a week ago and am actually getting ready to have AF right now. I read somewhere that Low carb diets can actually improve fertility, particularly for woman with ovary problems. I havent had any formal diagnosis but Ive always suspected PCOS. Could Atkins really be helping me so soon?? Thanks !
