Too much Iron?
I have to take a prenatal vitamin everyday because we're trying to conceive. I just saw that the iron is 156% (daily value). Should I be taking one without added iron (due to low carbing)?

Have you had any tests run? A lot of women still struggle to get enough iron with LCing and taking a multi/prenatal. If you're concerned you might give your docs office a call and just let them know that you're doing LC so eating lots of veggies and red meat, and let them tell you if they think it's a problem.
GL TTC!!! Please come check out our "getting healthy for baby" thread if you're interested. It's a thread about getting as healthy as possible in the hope of aiding with TTC and PG. TTCs not our main focus there, but most of us are either TTC or recently PG, so there's lots of TTC talk, too ![]()
