Embarrassing issue(maybe tmi)

I've never been "regular" even eating high carb. Now that it's low carb it's much worse. I get to feeling sick at least once a week, if not more--bloated and just in pain. I take colace and miralax but it doens't work all the time. I have too much gas too--maybe from those 2 things? I just don't know what to do. Today I added fiber 2x to my shakes and maybe that will help? How do you get rid of gas? I'm not eating gassy veggies much so I don't know where it's coming from. Suggestions appreciated.

are you eating enough veggies? Adding fibre sounds like a good idea. Regularity is very important!!

I added in some probiotics, in both the am and pm and it really helped with that bloated feeling and helped make me regular. Just a suggestion. Good Luck.

Thanks for the suggestions, I always wondered about probiotics. What and how much do you take?

I eat yogurt, so basically probiotics. Constipation was an issue for me LONG before I started low carb so I can't blame my diet change. Since adding yogurt daily, it is much less of an issue.

Try magnesium oxide supplements. They don't work FAST but they do work. Plus we all need extra magnesium.
