Question about menstrual cycle
Has anyone had a problem with a missed period? I have been on this WOE for two months and was fine the first month, but this month it didn't come. I am on birth control and have had no problems with them before. I have not missed a pill or anything like that, but I have increased my strength/weight training. Could that have something to do with it?

When I first started low carb and weight training I missed a period and then had a really heavy one the following month. Now it seems pretty much back to normal although it does come a week earlier than it used to but I think that may be a peri-menopausal thing.
