MENOPAUSE QUESTION...

I am 45 years old and haven't had a period since December. Also, NOTHING is working for me diet-wise, even though I've been faithful to my plan. If anything, I feel as though I'm getting bigger, especially in the boobie area.

My mood swings are kind of crazy too.

And no... I don't think I'm pregnant - we're very careful about that.

Anyone experiencing anything similar?

TIA

Hi Esther,
I was just reading some of the threads here and saw yours.

I'm 47 and haven't had a period since last November. I've been eating on plan and just recently started exercising.
For the past 2 weeks, I've felt as if TOM was coming, but nothing. Right now I'm feeling slightly crampy and I've even felt like eating everything in sight!

I know I'm not pregnant because I don't have regular periods to have a steady ovulation.

So I know how you feel. My chichi's are not getting bigger, they've been big! LOL!!

Hopefully we can get some answers.

I'm there with you too but I take remifemin twice a day and it's helped my night sweats and mood swings a lot. I'll be 49 later this month. I still get my tom but it's all over the place--I used to be able to keep a watch with it because it was always 28 days like clockwork. Now it's 18 or 35--I never know. I wish it would just disappear. UGH. Darn that Eve!!!

LOL chewiegand!!

I haven't had TOM since last November. Since mid April, I've felt as if I'm going to start, I've got slight cramping in my uterus area but nothing is happening.
I do have a dr appt this month, so I hope I get some answers!!
