Breast aching

what does this mean?

It really is just the right one.

It has been aching for like a week.

I have taken a pregnancy test, or two or three...but they are negative.

Any thoughts??

I really have not clue
I am not regular so I have no clue when I ovulate.
I have not had a period in a few months...I dont think.
I dont really keep up w/ it because it only comes every 2 or 3 months.

Mammogram to make sure and then Vitamin E capules REALLY help the aching breast.

Just have to second the Vitamin E. I had aching breasts for months before my dr suggested Vitamin E. It really helped. Take 1000 mg a day. Since I stopped eating all soy it hasn't come back.
He said it is hormonal. I'm perimenopausal.
