I think I'm bloated... gained 1/4 inch

OK, I will try to keep this clean and non-icky. TOM is due in about 8 days. I have been eating very clean and getting plenty of exercise. I'm even drinking all my water (64 oz) PLUS the flavored waters and diet caffeine free sodas I usually drink. I did not eat clean on Atkins 2003-4 so I don't have the answer to this.

Here's the question: Do you ever go up on your waist measurment right before TOM? Is this quarter of an inch just bloat? Did I just need to "sit" on the toilet? I had a very productive "session" today. Sorry for TMI, but my prescriptions tend to mess with my digestion.

Anyway, I'd love to know. This is the first time I've done it clean and right and I don't want to start worrying that I'm going to increase!

Isn't that everyone's nightmare? That you'll wake up and it's all back?

Well, I lost it and I also lost 3 inches off my rib cage from the last time I measured. I need to focus more on my health and less on numbers.

Lost another 1/4 inch off my waist. And TOM is due in less than a week.

This is going to be a lot easier than last time!

I can gain 2" on my tummy and chest at that time. I think the best thing is to not measure then, and pick one day a month to measure when you know you wont be having any false gains.

I never know what's going on when I have my period. I also try not to focus on numbers at that time. I usually get soooo hungry. I feel like I have a hollow leg. A b complex vitamin helps me with cravings and hunger. it also gives me more energy. I don't think it helps with bloating, but you should try it, it helps with many many things for me.
