What kind of success are you asking about? (I only ask cause some women use it to help conceive, some use it for menopause and some just for general hormonal issues)

Can't help you there, sorry. I'm in the TTC camp and it tended to make me more moody, but I bet I used it in a different way. If you haven't already checked there, you might also look over in the vitamins and supplements forum. Hope someone comes by to help you out

I am doing an experiment with it right now...I have been for about 5 weeks. I read John C. Lee, M.D.'s What your Doctor may not tell you about Premenopause, and decided it was certainly worth trying.
So far, I do have slightly more energy and my PMS wasn't as awful as it used to be. Be cautious about the brand you purchase, however. Some don't have enough progesterone to make any difference. Dr. Lee recommends several brands in the resource section of the book. I purchased one of them called AIM Renewed Balance. It's about $26, and the company is very responsible and fast. I wouldn't buy the pump type, though. It's tricky to figure out. I bought that and the cream in the jar, as well. I recommend reading the book first to be sure this is a good match for your needs. Best of luck to you! ![]() |
