update to perimenopause nausea

I went to the doctor today to discuss my perimenopause and get some relief for this awful nausea. Well, turns out I'm not menopausal, I'm 2 months pregnant.

How embarrassing. I'm NO spring chicken and I certainly thought I was old enough to know how these things happened. I was completely shocked. Poor Dh who only wanted 2 will soon have 4. ughhhhh.
