can you get birth controls pills without insaurance? without seeing the gyno?

You can definitely get them without insurance, but you'll probably need to see a doc of some sort. The cost without insurance should still be pretty low, especially if you can get a generic. As far as docs go, if insurance is the issue there, you can always go the health dept.

If you go to your area's planned parenthood or health department sometimes they have volunteer doctors and can get bcp for free.
