So moody

I am one week into this and have been thrilled except for one thing. I feel like I am PMSing badly. I am moody, edgy, very quickly irritated, snapping at my family. Only I started on Sat and it was the first day of TOM, so I know its not PMS. I dont plan on ovulating for another week. This is the time of the month when I am supposed to feel good.

Before starting LC again, I ate oatmeal nearly every day with berries and flax oil for my Omegas. Do you think that missing my daily flax could be making me so moody? I will be picking up an Omega supp tomorrow. Or could it just be my system adjusting to the new WOE?

Thanks!

Jenn,

I want through moodiness, to. I also felt "restless", and like there was something nagging at me...kwim?

It went away...not sure when. Oh. I know. I went shopping and got more lc options into the house. Once I was able to eat something "legal" when necessary, I chilled out.

In fact, I made a sf jello and cream cheese dessert (I'd been craving sweets), ate a good large helping of it, and then felt all better lol.

It is still in the fridge now, a few days later...I had my fix and now can be more moderate about it...

I don't know if it was psycological or not ("oh, no! THere is NOTHING in this house for me to eat!!!!!"), but reading your post makes me think there was actually something physical involved.

I don't ovulate yet (nursing), so I can't blame aunt flow lol.

Take care!
