Just an Announcement...
I found out today that I am expecting!
This is unexpected (VERY!) nervewrecking, but overall a really happy occassion... As for what i will do diet wise..i'm headed over to the womens section right now! I am still going to completely enjoy coming to this board and reading up on how you all are doing! And i'll be right back with ya in 9 months, haha! This may be posted in the wrong place but are any of you young mothers, or were young mothers? I'm 23 and as you can imagine i'm just a little FREAKED! I'd love to talk to anybody who had experience, it'd help so much!! Love All you Guys..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

I was only 22 when my first child was born. I planned it that way, was married and we were very happy about it. I think it actually easier to be a young mom...I want to have 2 more but am pretty nervous about pregnancy now becuase I know what it did to my body at 22 and 25...don't know what it will do at 33!

And I've done one of each -- one "young" (21) and one "old" (35) and YOUNG is definitely EASIER! ![]() |

I was 21 when i had my baby girl just earlier this year(Feb 7)
I will tell you that it is exciting and scary! I couldn't believe i was pregnant until my baby kicked my rib and i could see her moving around in there. I loved being pregnant because it made me feel so beautiful and special, not to mention i had nice shiny hair and my skin was constintly glowing!! The cravings for me personally were torture i craved carbs all the time and if i didn't eat i felt like i was going to die!! Having a baby has changed my life for better, it has made me a better person and i don't think about myself! I love watching my daughter grow and watching her be able to do new things and learn. I feel privledged!! So congratulations on the prgnancy and have fun and enjoy!!! ![]()

This is wonderful news!! I just had my first at 37...but for all I knew about babies I might as well have been 17!! It was scary at first, but we've found our way, and it is ABSOLUTELY the very best thing in the world!
