less carbs, less body weight... less intimacy?!

I have been fairly successful in my weight loss, i feel great but...........
lately i just haven't been desiring to get intimate with BF. DOn't get me wrong i still love him and find him attractive, i feel confident in my body and self i just can't seem to get into it. Is this common for anyone else with weightloss? What's going on? I just feel bad because he is hurt and i can't seem to explain or fix this problem

help

Sometimes the less interested we are the less interested we become.I think its kind of "use it or lose it"? But the best of luck to you. It seems the more you do it the more interested you can become.

I agree- try a romanitc weekend away- nothing to think about to distract you. It helps me and DH get back there when life comes between that area of our relationship!

Hi, I was wondering if you eat very little fat? Or are you extremely active while eating very few calories? Sometimes, because of improper nutrition, a womans hormones get messed up. This can be very true if you eat very little fat. I read once about female body builders and competitive athletes sometimes actually losing their monthly cycles because of the incredible demands they place on their bodies.

Just a thought.
