less carbs, less body weight... less intimacy?!
I have been fairly successful in my weight loss, i feel great but...........
lately i just haven't been desiring to get intimate with BF. DOn't get me wrong i still love him and find him attractive, i feel confident in my body and self i just can't seem to get into it. Is this common for anyone else with weightloss? What's going on? I just feel bad because he is hurt and i can't seem to explain or fix this problem help ![]() |

I agree- try a romanitc weekend away- nothing to think about to distract you. It helps me and DH get back there when life comes between that area of our relationship!

Hi, I was wondering if you eat very little fat? Or are you extremely active while eating very few calories? Sometimes, because of improper nutrition, a womans hormones get messed up. This can be very true if you eat very little fat. I read once about female body builders and competitive athletes sometimes actually losing their monthly cycles because of the incredible demands they place on their bodies.
Just a thought. |
