Hysterectomy=bigger breasts!
I am 10 weeks post-op from TAH with ovaries kept.I had a 6+lb fibroid,heavy periods, but no other female problems.
In those 10 weeks,even though I am down 2-3lbs,I am overflowing my bra,which before surgery,was about 1/2cup size too big(you could grab fabric at the top. Did the fibroid take alot of hormones to keep it growing(it did make me very anemic)?I know that my ovaries are working because I have all the PMS symptoms I had pre-op. Please explain this to me.It's nice but kinda freaking me out,too.

I do believe the cyst can produce extra hormones. Some even can give you enough hormone shifts to give a positive pregnancy test.
If in fact this is what is going on, it will correct itself in time. Hope you are feeling better soon! Did you guys take a break from the road? |
