Hi all!!
I was here last summer during my Atkins stint, and now I'm back. While I was gone, I gestated and birthed a beautiful baby girl.

She is seven weeks old.
Unfortunately, off lc while pg I gained 50 pounds (up to 200) and I only lost 20 after delivery. I cannot believe I am a size 16. Before pg, I was a size 10.
I don't know what to do except lc. I tried a million things these past six weeks and NOTHING works for me but lc. I tried WW. I tried cutting cals. I tried cutting sugar. Nothing, unfortunately; except a strict lc plan works for me.
I'm exclusively breastfeeding, but I've got to give this a try. I'm going crazy being so heavy. I don't feel I need to lose a pound a day, but I do need to cut out certain foods to lose or I end up gaining.
Hopefully this won't hurt me or the baby. It is hard for me to believe that a diet of chocolate, milk, bread, peanut butter and ice cream is better for the baby than my current diet of huge green salads with a ton of mixed vegetables, chicken and beef, eggs, and a bit of fruit.
