Just letting all the new mommies or mommies to be know that we have started a NEW MOMMY challenge on the challenge threads here.

I am getting back on plan Monday. I am a stay at home mom of a 5 year old boy and almost 8 months old girl. I lost about 40 pounds a few years ago with low-carb and fell off and have not been able to get back on the wagon.

But this time I must succeed!! I tried on clothes the other day and actually saw myself in the mirror and I was not a happy person. I couldn't believe how fat and out of control I was. I weigh the same now as I did 8 months ago before giving birth to my daughter. So depressing! I have no energy and I feel the extra pounds everywhere. This has to be a new beginning to a wonderful journey, because I do not like what I saw in the mirror!!!!
