I personally don't think it is the WOE per se, but losing weight often messes with your system. Mine would get off from time to time when I was losing good but then get back on track. A new exercise program can also effect TOM.

I have always had regular periods even before I started this WOE...and even after starting the WOE I never had a problem with it.

I've been on and off LC for the past few years (even when "off", I still limit the carbs), and I've definitely noticed a change in TOM when there is a slight change in my diet.

They say that fat cells store extra estrogen, so as you start burnin 'em the estrogen gets released into your bod. The more your burn the wackier your cycle can get, but it is usually not anything to worry about. It should fix itself after your bod gets used to the new way of doing things

KUTGW!!!
